ANTIPASTO PRATAIOLO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 uova
2 pomodori piccoli
8--10 foglie lattuga
3--4 cucchiai Maionese
sale
8--10 funghi sott'olio

Rassodate le uova e, appena fredde, sbucciatele. Tagliate a metà i pomodori, asportate la polpa centrale e lasciateli scolare capovolti. Tagliate a listarelle sottilissime la lattuga e disponetela su un piatto da portata. Appoggiatevi le uova sode in piedi e coprite ciascun uovo con una calottina di pomodoro. Distribuite poi i funghi e decorate con la Maionese.
