CADZOW BUTTER BISCUITS

Ingredienti:

once farina
4 once burro
1/2 cucchiaio di sale
acqua fredda
semi Cumino

Mescolare sale e farina in una zuppiera. Incorporarvi il burro e lavorare con le dita. Mescolare aggiungendo acqua fredda fino ad ottenere una pasta ben ferma.

Stendere in una sfoglia da 1/8 di pollice. Spunzecchiare con una forchetta e tagliare a dischi. Mettere in una teglia unta e cuocere a forno moderato.

Far raffreddare in un cestino, spalmare di burro e cospargere con semi di Cumino.
