CAPESANTE ALLE NOCCIOLE

Dosi per 4.
Improvvisazione per Capodanno 2011. La nocciola si amalgama bene con il mollusco.

Ingredienti per fare da antipasto a 4 persone:
12 capesante
3 cucchiaiate nocciole
3 cucchiaiate pangrattato
3 cucchiaiate olio d'oliva
sale

Tritare le nocciole, tenendone da parte 12 intere. Mescolare la granella con il pangrattato, l'olio e il sale. Aprire le capesante, pulirle e riempire il semiguscio con il trito, coprendo il corpo del mollusco. Decorare ogni capasanta con una nocciola intera. Infornare 15 minuti a 170 gradi e servire calde.Provenienza: Roberto Piola 02/01/2011
