cestini_carciofi Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

250 g pasta sfoglia
4 carciofi
1 limone
1 panino raffermo
50 g emmental grattugiato
50 g salsiccia
2 uova
1 cucchiaio prezzemolo
1 spicchio aglio
20 g burro
brodo
sale
Pepe

Inzuppare il pane nel brodo, strizzarlo e mescolarlo con salsiccia sbriciolata, emmental, prezzemolo, aglio tritato, uovo, sale e Pepe. Cuocere i carciofi per 20' nel burro e poco brodo, sale e Pepe. Far raffreddare e farcire con il composto. Ricavare dalla pasta 4 quadrati, disporvi i carciofi e chiuderli. Spennellare con uovo e cuocere 20' in forno a 180'.
