CIAMBELLINE SALATE

1 bicchiere vino

farina

Impastare sul tagliere tutti gli ingredienti, formare le ciambelline, gettarle un po' alla volta nell'acqua bollente leggermente salata ed estrarle tirarle fuori non appena vengono a galla. Disporle in una teglia unta ed infarinata e cuocerle al forno a temperatura media. Se necessario, se si nota che si cuociono più sotto che sopra, dopo un po' rigirarle.
