COCKTAIL DI GRANCHIO

cocktail_granchio Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g granchio in scatola
400 g funghi
400 g fagiolini
2 pomodori
erba cipollina
succo di limone
olio
sale
Pepe

Sistemare i funghi affettati sottilmente in una coppa con il succo di limone. Lessare per 25' i fagiolini, scolarli e farli raffreddare, quindi tagliarli a pezzetti. Tagliare a dadini i pomodori privati di buccia e semi. Versare nella coppa i fagiolini e i pomodori e la polpa di granchio divisa in filamenti. Condire con olio, sale e Pepe. Spolverizzare con l'erba cipollina tritata finemente.
