CREMA DI TONNO

Ingredienti per 4

120 g tonno sott'olio
12 olive già snocciolate
1cucchiaio Capperi
q.b. olio
sale
Pepe

Preparazione:

  1. mettere in un frullatore/mixer tutti gli ingredienti e frullare aggiungendo l'olio in modo da ottenere una crema
  2. servire su pane a bruschetta strofinato con un poco di aglio e aggiustare di sale e Pepe
