CROSTONE ALLA NAPOLETANA

Ingredienti:

grande fetta pane biscottato
burro
2 filetti Acciuga
3 fettine Mozzarella
pezzetti pomodoro rosso e sodo

Imburrate leggermente il pane, posatevi sopra i filettini di Acciuga e la Mozzarella, distribuite qua e la il pomodoro. Posate su un piatto e passate in forno, a piena potenza, per 30--40 secondi o finché la Mozzarella comincia a fondersi. Lasciate raffreddare per 1--2 minuti. Potete infine cospargere con origano o Basilico tritato.
