FILETTI DI ACCIUGA AL LIME

Ingredienti per 4 persone:

600 gAcciughe
4 Lime (o 3 limoni)
q.b. olio
prezzemolo
sale
Pepe

Preparazione

  1. pulire, lavare e togliere le lische alle Acciughe e filettare
  2. in un piatto mettere i filetti d'Acciuga e versarvi sopra il succo dei Lime (o dei limoni) e l'olio
  3. aggiustare di sale e Pepe e lasciar macerare per 2 ore in frigo
  4. servire insaporendo con il prezzemolo tritato finemente
