MELANZANE SAPORITE

Ingredienti:

Per 4 persone:

2 melanzane
150 g tonno sott'olio
2 formaggini
20 g Capperi
2 cetriolini sott'aceto
2 cucchiai succo di limone
prezzemolo
Basilico
burro
olio
sale

Frullare il tonno, i Capperi, i formaggini, i cetriolini, il succo di limone, il burro e il prezzemolo.

Cuocere le melanzane lavate, tagliate a rondelle, salate e irrorate di olio sulla griglia, adagiarle su un piatto da portata, spalmarle con il composto, guarnirle con il Basilico e servire.
