VOL-AU-VENT DI TORTELLINI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 vol-au-vent di diametro massimo circa 10 cm.
400 g tortellini
150 g parmigiano grattugiato
1/2 l panna
100 g burro
brodo

Far cuocere i tortellini nel brodo di carne, scolarli e metterli in una teglia imburrata.

Amalgamare la panna con il burro e il parmigiano, versare sui tortellini e far cuocere fino a che il composto sarà quasi completamente assorbito.

Riempire i vol-au-vent con i tortellini e servire.
