GENEPY 

Liquore tipico delle valli alpine del nord-ovest: porre 10 grammi di Genepy in Mezzo litro d'alcool per quindici giorni, quindi addolcire con uno sciroppo fatto con Mezzo litro d'acqua bollente e due-trecento grammi di zucchero (a seocnda dei gusti). Lasciare a riposo un mese prima di filtrare.
