RATAFIA` ALLE AMARENE

Ingredienti:

Kg amarene
1 litro vino
1 libbra alcool
1 libbra zucchero

Tenere per un mese le amarene nel vino al sole (recipiente non tappato perché possono fermentare).

Si filtra poi il tutto, aggiungendo, per ogni litro di liquido ottenuto, 1 libbra di zucchero ed 1 libbra di alcool. (1 libbra = 330 gr).
