BROCCOLI E PATATE IN FORNO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

300 g broccoli
250 g patate
60 g burro
50 g pancetta
40 g emmenthal
sale.

Lessare i broccoli e scolarli. Tagliare a rondelle le patate e farle bollire finché non saranno tenere. Imburrare una pirofila e sistemarvi, alternati, i broccoli e le rondelle di patate. Tagliare la pancetta e distribuirla sopra le verdure. Cospargere con emmenthal. Passare in forno a 200oC per circa 20 minuti. Servire molto caldo.
