CARCIOFI AL FORMAGGIO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 confezione carciofi Findus
100 g emmenthal
25 g burro
3 uova
1 cucchiaio parmigiano grattugiato
sale

Cuocere i carciofi per 10 minuti in acqua bollente salata, scolarli, tagliarli a spicchi e metterli su un piatto da portata.

Mettere in una casseruola, a fuoco molto basso, il burro, i tuorli e i due formaggi grattugiati; mescolare finché il composto sarà omogeneo, versare la salsa ottenuta sui carciofi e servire.
