CAROTINE IN SALSA

carotine_salsa Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g carotine fresche e molto piccole
burro
cipolla
1 cucchiaio farina
1 bicchiere latte
sale
1/2 bicchiere panna
30 g grana grattugiato

Scottare per 10' le carote nell'acqua bollente. Farle insaporire in padella con burro e cipolla tritata, spolverizzare con la farina e bagnare con il latte Salare e cuocere per 10', quindi unire la panna e il grana. Mescolare per ottenere una salsa cremosa e servire caldo.
