CETRIOLI ALLO YOGURT

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

3 cetrioli
3 dl yogurt
5 cucchiai olio
2 spicchi aglio
2 cucchiai aceto
aneto fresco o finocchiella selvatica
sale
Pepe

Versare l'olio in un recipiente, spremervi gli spicchi d'aglio e incorporare l'aceto. Battere lo yogurt con la frusta e mescolarlo con l'olio. Aggiungere i cetrioli tagliati a bastoncini, sale, Pepe e abbondante aneto tritato.
