CIPOLLINE AL MARSALA

cipolline_marsala Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

400 g cipolline pelate
2 cucchiai olio
30 g burro
1 spicchio aglio
marsala
1 cucchiaino amido di Mais
brodo
timo

Rosolare le cipolline nell'olio e burro con l'aglio. Togliere l'aglio e spruzzare di marsala, unire l'amido di Mais diluito in un po' di brodo e un pizzico di timo. Coprire a filo di brodo e cuocere per circa 40', piano e coperto.
