FAGIOLINI SAPORITI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


300 g fagiolini primavera surgelati
2 peperoni rossi
3 spicchi aglio
1 dado
1 cucchiaio concentrato di pomodoro
5 pomodori pelati
6 cucchiai olio
sale
Pepe

Mettere in una casseruola i fagiolini scongelati, i peperoni tagliati a filetti, l'aglio a fettine, il dado sbriciolato, il concentrato di pomodoro diluito con acqua, i pomodori frullati, l'olio, il sale e il Pepe.
