FAVE STUFATE

Fave_stufate Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

450 g Fave fresche o surgelate
80 g cipolla tritata
80 g pancetta affumicata
1 piccolo cespo insalata riccia
3 cucchiai olio
1 cucchiaio prezzemolo tritato

Pepe

Scaldare l'olio e farvi rosolare la cipolla e la pancetta a dadini. Aggiungere le Fave e mescolare finché iniziano a scongelare, coprire di acqua tiepida e cuocere per 10', quindi aggiungere l'insalata a striscioline. Coprire e cuocere per circa 1 ora, unendo, se occorre, un po' d'acqua tiepida. Verso fine cottura unire sale, Pepe e prezzemolo.
