FINOCCHI STUFATI

Ingredienti:

finocchi grossi
1 dado
1 cipolla
50 g burro
olio
sale

Mondate i finocchi eliminando i gambi verdi e le prime foglie. Lavateli, divideteli a metà e affettateli molto sottilmente. Fate rosolare la cipolla tagliata a fettine in una larga padella con il burro e l'olio. Adagiatevi i finocchi, rigirateli delicatamente e sbriciolatevi sopra il dado. Salate, copriteli d'acqua e lasciateli stufare per circa mezz'ora a fuoco basso, dopo aver messo il coperchio che toglierete negli ultimi 10' di cottura.
