FUNGHI IN BIANCO

funghi_bianco Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

500 g champignons
125 g yogurt intero
1 dado
prezzemolo tritato
olio
Pepe
sale

Mondare i funghi e tagliarli a fettine sottilissime. Metterli in pentola con lo yogurt, il dado sbriciolato e il trito di prezzemolo. Coprire ermeticamente e cuocere per 40'. Servirli freddi, conditi con un filo di olio e una macinata di Pepe.
