INSALATA COMPOSTA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

300 g fagiolini
500 g patate
200 g carote
2 cipolle
lattuga
burro
timo
lauro
Ginepro
prezzemolo
aceto
sale

Lessare separatamente le patate, i fagiolini e le carote, affettare e mettere tutto in un'insalatiera con le foglie di lattuga.

Cuocere nell'aceto timo, lauro e Ginepro; far appassire ned burro le cipolle; far raffreddare le due salse, unirle, versarle nell'insalatiera, cospargere di prezzemolo, salare e servire.
