INSALATA MAGIARA

Unire 200 g. di patate lesse, sbucciate e tagliate a cubetti, 100 g. di fagioli lessi, un peperone verde, un cetriolo e un pomodoro rosso affettati, un cuore di lattuga tagliato a strisce e un uovo sodo a spicchi.

Condire con 2 tuorli d'uova sode schiacciati e lavorati con un bicchiere di olio e aromatizzati con sale, Pepe e un cucchiaio di Senape. Guarnire con prezzemolo tritato.
