INSALATA ALLA MELOGRANA

Ingredienti:

melograne
1/4 cavolo verza
200 g soncino
1 mazzetto rapanelli
1 cespo trevisana
100 g Mais lessato
gherigli di noci
100 g carote a Julienne
olio
sale
limone

Sgranate le melograne, affettate la verza, lavate ed asciugate le insalate (lasciate intero il soncino e tagliate a striscioline la trevisana), affettate i rapanelli e spezzettate i gherigli di noce. Versate il tutto in un'insalatiera e condite con olio, sale e limone. Mescolate bene e servite.
