INSALATA AI PORRI

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

150 g songino
1 porro
1 finocchio
1 carota
2 peperoni sott'olio
olio
aceto
sale
Pepe

Mettere in un'insalatiera il songino lavato e tagliato, la parte bianca del porro tagliata ad anelli, il finocchio ridotto a lamelle, i peperoni tagliati a dadini e la carota tagliata a Julienne.

Emulsionare olio, aceto, sale e Pepe, versare sulle insalate, mescolare e servire.
