PATATE A VENTAGLIO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

1 kg patate
70 g burro
50 g grana grattugiato
sale
Paprica

Sbucciare le patate e tagliarle a fette senza arrivare fino in fondo. Sistemarle in una teglia, spennellarle di burro fuso e metterle in forno caldo a 220oC per circa 40 minuti. 10' prima del termine di cottura inserire nei tagli del grana grattugiato e finire di cuocere. Spolverizzare con la Paprica e servire.
