Dosi per 4:

1 kg porri
4 cucchiai olio
1 bicchiere acqua
1 limone pelato al vivo e tagliato a fettine
sale
Pepe

Mettere in padella l'olio, l'acqua, il limone, la Sola parte bianca dei porri, sale e Pepe. Coprire e cuocere per 5', quindi scoprire e continuare la cottura per circa 30' a fuoco dolce.
