VERDURE AL VAPORE

verdure_vapore Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

2 finocchi
200 g cipolline pelate
2 porri
2 zucchine
sale
Pepe
olio
2 cucchiai succo di limone

Sistemare nel cestello per la cottura al vapore i finocchi a spicchi, le cipolline, i porri e le zucchine a tronchetti. Insaporire con sale e Pepe e cuocere finché le verdure saranno tenere. Servirle condite con olio e succo di limone.
