ZUCCHINE TRIFOLATE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

600 g zucchine piccole
2 cucchiai olio
30 g burro
1 spicchio aglio
2 cucchiai prezzemolo tritato
sale

Pulire e tagliare a dischetti le zucchine. In una padella far imbiondire l'aglio nell'olio e nel burro, quindi toglierlo e mettervi le zucchine. Cuocere a fuoco vivace, mescolando spesso. A fine cottura sistemarle sul piatto di portata e cospargere con il prezzemolo e il sale. Servire calde.
