BAVARESE DI BANANE

Ingredienti:
4 banane
1 limone
1/2 l panna montata
3 fogli colla di pesce
200 g zucchero

Affettate le banane, passatele al setaccio e, in una Terrina, incorporatevi il succo di limone e lo zucchero. Ammorbidite la colla di pesce in acqua 15 minuti, strizzatela, ponetela in una casseruola e fatela sciogliere lentamente. Lasciatela intiepidire, unitela al composto di banane con la panna, amalgamando bene. Ponete in uno stampo e mettete in frigo almeno 3 ore. Immergete lo stampo in acqua bollente e capovolgete.
