BUDINO ``ALDA"

Ingredienti:

50

g burro
2 cucchiai farina gialla
4 cucchiai farina bianca
3/4 l latte
5 cucchiai zucchero
200 g canditi, pinoli, uvetta
4 uova
burro

Rosolare nel burro due cucchiai di farina gialla e 4 di farina bianca. Diluire con il latte, mescolare bene, unire 5 cucchiai di zucchero e far raffreddare. Aggiungere i tuorli e i canditi, l'uvetta rinvenuta nel Rhum e i pinoli; infine incorporare gli albumi montati a neve. Caramellare uno stampo col buco, versarvi il composto e cuocere a bagnomaria.
