COPPA ALLE MELE

Ingredienti per 4

5 mele a pasta bianca
6 biscotti a piacere purché un po' grossi
2vasettiyogurt greco
q.b. Cannella in polvere
Miele
zucchero
granelle di mandorle

Preparazione:

  1. Cuocere le mele sbucciate, tagliate a pezzetti
  2. Durante la cottura aggiungere lo zucchero, la Cannella e un poco di acqua
  3. Scolarle quando cotte e unirle in una Terrina ai biscotti sbriciolati grossolanamente
  4. Fare raffreddare il composto
  5. Mescolare lo yogurt con il Miele
  6. Mettere il composto di mele e biscotti in coppette
  7. Versarvi sopra il composto di yogurt e Miele e guarnire con le mandorle in granella
