COPPE ALL'AMARETTO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 6:

6 tuorli
6 cucchiai zucchero
1/2 l latte
qualche Amaretto
1/2 stecca vaniglia

Sbattere i tuorli con lo zucchero, unire il latte e la vaniglia, far addensare a bagnomaria, sempre mescolando, senza far prendere il bollore. Togliere dal fuoco dopo 10'. Ritirare la vaniglia, versare in coppe e cospargere di Amaretti sbriciolati.
