COPPETTE ALLE CASTAGNE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

200 g marmellata di castagne
50 g Savoiardi
Brandy
2 uova
4 cucchiai zucchero
100 g mascarpone

Sbattere le uova con lo zucchero per ottenere un composto spumoso, unire il mascarpone, la marmellata di castagne e i Savoiardi sbriciolati e prima inzuppati nel liquore. Mescolare, suddividere in coppette e porre in frigo per almeno 1 ora.
