CORONA AL CIOCCOLATO

Ingredienti:

100

g cacao dolce
70 g zucchero
100 g farina
100 g burro
1 l latte
scorza di limone

Mettere sul fuoco un tegame con il burro, unire la farina, il cacao e lo zucchero e stemperare a fuoco moderato. Diluize con il latte, aggiungere la scorza di limone, portare ad ebollizione e far sobbollire fino a che la crema non abbia raggiunto la giusta densità. Versarla in uno stampo da budino, far freddare e mettere in frigorifero per 2 ore prima di servire.
