DOLCE DI FRUTTA MERINGATA

Ingredienti:

1.5

kg frutta di stagione
200 g zucchero
240 g zucchero a velo
6 albumi
2 bicchieri vino bianco
2 chiodi garofano
Cannella
1 bustina vaniglia

Far cuocere la frutta sbucciata con lo zucchero, il vino, i Chiodi di Garofano, la vaniglia e un po' di Cannella finché risulterà sciroppata. Disporla in una pirofila e coprirla con una meringa fatta sbattendo gli albumi a neve ferma insieme allo zucchero a velo. Mettere in forno a 100 fin quando la meringa si sarà rassodata. Servire freddo.
