RISO DOLCE FREDDO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

150 g riso
2 dl panna da montare
2 cucchiai zucchero semolato
3 cucchiai zucchero vanigliato

Far bollire il riso in abbondante acqua leggermente salata. Quando è cotto al dente, passarlo sotto l'acqua fredda e scolarlo. Montare bene la panna e incorporarvi lo zucchero semolato e quello vanigliato. Mescolare in una Terrina la panna con il riso freddo, amalgamando bene. Lasciar riposare in frigorifero. Servire in coppette, accompagnando con frutti di bosco zuccherati.
