CREPES AL COCCO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

125 g farina
2 uova
2,5 dl latte
burro
zucchero
Rhum
100 g polpa di cocco

Preparare la pastella mescolando le uova con la farina setacciata, 25 gr di zucchero, il latte, 2 cucchiai di Rhum e 25 gr di burro fuso. Far riposare 30'. Mescolare la polpa di cocco con 80 gr di zucchero. In una padella antiaderente imburrata cuocere le crêpes molto sottili. Distribuirvi il composto di cocco, spruzzarle di Rhum, arrotolarle e tenerle in caldo.
