FRITTELLE DI MELE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 mele renette
olio
zucchero a velo
Per la pastella:
85 g farina
2 uova
latte
1 bicchierino grappa
lievito
sale

Mettere in una Terrina la farina, le uova, il sale, il lievito, la grappa e mescolare diluendo con il latte; lasciar riposare per circa 15 minuti. Sbucciare le mele, privarle del torsolo, tagliarle a rondelle sottili, passarle nella pastella, friggerle in olio bollente, spolverizzarle di zucchero a velo e servirle calde.

Opzionalmente, si puo' sostituire il latte con vino bianco secco, e la grappa con Brandy.
