ROMBI DORATI DI CARNEVALE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

300 g farina
30 g burro
30 g zucchero
1/2 bustina lievito
zucchero al velo
2 dl latte
abbondante olio o strutto
sale

Mescolare farina, zucchero, lievito e un pizzico di sale. Versare a fontana sul tavolo e mettere al centro il burro a pezzetti. Impastare unendo, poco per volta, il latte. Lavorare energicamente ancora per alcuni minuti, poi stendere la pasta sottile. Ripiegare la sfoglia in 4 parti e ristenderla. Ripetere 4 volte. Infine ritagliarla a rombi. Friggerli in olio bollente e cospargerli di zucchero.
