BANANE ALLA FIAMMA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 banane mature
succo di 2 arance
4 cucchiai zucchero
4 cucchiai Brandy
60 g burro

Fondere il burro, aggiungere lo zucchero, il succo di arancia e mescolare gli ingredienti. Aggiungere le banane e girarle delicatamente perché assorbano bene il sugo. Quando il fondo di cottura tenderà a caramellarsi versare il Brandy, lasciare che si scaldi bene, quindi inclinare il tegame e infiammare. Servire subito.
