COPPE DI FRUTTA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

2 mele
2 pere
2 arance
2 limoni
4 cucchiai zucchero
Brandy

Sbucciare le mele e le pere, tagliarle a fettine, metterle in una Terrina con metà dello zucchero e il Brandy, mescolare e lasciare in frigorifero per circa un'ora. Spremere le arance con i limoni e mescolare il rimanente zucchero. Suddividere la frutta in quattro coppe, irrorare con il succo di arance e limoni e servire.
