COPPE DI FRUTTA ESTIVA

Ingredienti:

pesche
albicocche
susine
limone
zucchero
Brandy

Lavare la frutta, sbucciarla, tagliarla a pezzi, metterla in una Terrina con lo zucchero e il Brandy, mescolare e lasciare in frigorifero per circa 1 ora.

Suddividere la frutta in quattro coppe, irrorare con il succo di limone e servire.
