COPPETTE DI ALBICOCCA

Ingredienti:

g albicocche
100 g zucchero a velo
succo di 1/2 limone
200 g panna

Lavate le albicocche, snocciolatele e dividetele in due parti. Mettevele nel bicchiere del frullatore, aggiungendo il succo del limone e lo zucchero a velo. Versate il frullato in una Terrina e incorporatevi delicatamente la panna montata a parte. Distribuite la crema nelle coppette che porrete nel frigo. Al momento di servire, decoratele con pezzetti di albicocca o con panna.
