DATTERI E NOCI AL MASCARPONE

Ingredienti:

Per 4 persone:

150 g Mascarpone
8 datteri
8 noci
zucchero a velo
Rum
mandorle tritate

Dividete a metà le noci ed i datteri privati del nocciolo. Mescolate in una ciotola il mascarpone con lo zucchero a velo ed il Rum fino ad ottenere una crema omogenea con la quale farcirete i datteri e le noci, ricostruendoli. Ponete i datteri e le noci su di un piatto, guarnendoli con le mandorle tritate fini e serviteli dopo averli tenuti in frigorifero.
