MACEDONIA ALLA FIAMMA

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

4 fette ananas sciroppato
1 banana
1 grappolo uva bianca
1 grappolo uva nera
40 g burro
4 cucchiai zucchero
1 bicchiere Rhum

Far sciogliere il burro in una padella, mettervi le fette di ananas, la banana sbucciata e tagliata a rondelle, i i chicchi d'uva sbucciati e privati degli acini, lo zuccheroo e far cuocere per circa 10 minuti. Versare il liquore, far infiammare e servire.
