MACEDONIA ALLE FRAGOLE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:

250 g fragole
250 g lamponi
1 limone
125 g panna fresca
125 g zucchero
1 bicchierino liquore

Pulire, lavare e tagliare le fragole e i lamponi, versare il liquore e il succo di limone e mescolare con cura. Mettere in una coppa e tenere in frigorifero per 2 ore. Sbattere la panna con lo zucchero, unirla alla frutta, suddividere in quattro coppette e servire.
