MELONE AL PORTO

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 4:


2 meloni da circa 600 g. l'uno
Porto

Lavare i meloni, asciugarli, tagliarli a metà nel senso della larghezza e con un cucchiaio estrarre i semi e i filamenti.

Adagiare i mezzi meloni in un piatto da portata, riempire la cavità al centro con il Porto e servire.
