PERE RIPIENE

Ingredienti:

Dosi per 6:

6 pere
200 g zucchero
3--4 Amaretti
25 g mandorle
1 bicchierino Rhum
1--2 bicchieri vino bianco
cedro candito

Far cuocere a metà cottura le pere sbucciate con la metà dello zucchero. Togliere il picciolo, svuotarle e mescolare la polpa con gli Amaretti sbriciolati, le mandorle tritate, il cedro a pezzetti e il Rhum. Riempire le pere con questo composto, cospargerle con il rimanente zucchero, bagnarle con il vino bianco e terminare la cottura in forno.
